It now appears that CAT telecom is again routing european traffic through Telecom Italia sparkle, through their “seabone” network as written before Thailand internet routing and slowdowns .

Traffic going to the United States appears to go through C&W (cable and wireless.)

Since my last post on the same topic they had changed this fact, all traffic went through C&W, but now they are again routing European traffic through “Seabone”.

After this fact response times are down, and downloads are faster, this is both experienced by me and some contacts using CAT telecom.
