Being on the road we all appreciate being able to lodge into a guesthouse or a mansion that has a good internet connection.

When i arrived in HadYai this need was no different.

As soon as i stepped off the bus at Had Yai bus terminal i had to dodge a couple of shady motorbike taxi guys trying to rent me a dirty room with a fan and no hot water for 350 baht.

As i entered the place i saw the motorbike taxi guy exchange some less than trustworthy glances with some of his colleagues as he lead me to show me the room.

I got out of there quite quickly and turned a corner, there a found a nice mansion called “TD RESIDENT”.

they had aircon rooms with hot water for 400 baht a night.

They also had good monthly rents.

However if you can find a place with Ethernet cable to the rooms that would be your best option.

There is one such building in Had Yai which i staked out, looked very nice, during my next time down here i will probably try to stay there.

It is close to Tesco Lotus, its name is Mana Mansion.
