Google docs

This time i am testing one of Google´s new tools for documents and spreadsheets.

The tool can be found at http://docs.google.com.

However this is not a downloadable program, this is a functional office suite created
by Google, and it lets you do all your document work within your own webbrowser.

With this tool you can import documents from external documents and start working with them straight away
in your webbrowser.

Then later once you are finished editing you can also share these documents with other users of Google docs.
You can also share the documents you created in Google docs with users that are not registered
users of the service by inviting them to view your document from a URL sent to their email address.

You can share your documents in several ways, you can chose to let your partners only be able to read
your documents, and if you wish to do so you can make them able to change your documents.

The documents of Google docs also support version control, this means that you can roll the document back
to an earlier stage

Your documents will also always be stored with Google docs, so if you start using another computer you will be working instantly
as long as you just have a webbrowser

Google docs will also function in internet explorer, firefox and most other browsers out there

Delicious is a bookmark organizer plugin, it will help you organize your bookmarks, and also make your bookmarks readily available on all computers you use.
you can also make your bookmarks public or share only with your friends.

del.icio.us is one of the new social media services which can actually benefit your business, one such way is to get all your friends get together create their own
accounts with del.icio.us, and make them all make bookmarks of important pages on your websites which you use to gain customers.
This will and can make your site and pages noticed by del.icio.us and partners and will drive traffic to your site.
Plugins for this service are available for both firefox and Internet explorer.
